Great Satisfaction

In how many cases have proposed we specify a series of tasks during the day, and at the end we discover that in addition to not having them fulfilled in its entirety hardly we are a very small percentage of the list. It is a very common situation that repeats almost every day. Frustration, dissatisfaction, or anxiety make their appearance with the consequent stress. There are many reasons, but a high percentage of this lack of effectiveness is due to a cause more simple, identifiable and easy to solve: the distraction. Let’s see what we have to do to overcome it. To begin with, what other way can describe distraction? I would say that it is a lack of focus; IE: excessive dispersion that puts us in danger of an uncertain future and boring. It’s like being in everything and nothing.

Totally des-enfocados. And from a practical point of view what represent the distractions? Many things, but above all think that they are a leak in our productivity and in our competitiveness. I’ll give consideration to the following: 1. the distractions are the result of habits. 2 Probably it’s due to that I lack a compelling reason to do what we are doing. And why come to this last? Because in many cases I’ve seen, both my own experience and that of others, that the distraction is not the cause but the symptom of something deeper: the absence of an intimate and personal motivation. Then we already know what we have what to do: 1.Modificar those habits. 2.

Reason for what we do. But I suggest a more intelligent strategy. If you realize, the two things they can relate to. So if we have a reason, a goal, powerful enough that we finally convened and preferably passionate about us, we will have a point of logical support to modify habits. Including it is likely that changing habits come only. So: Step 1. Start at the beginning. We first need an objective, a goal. This mode will be more easy to focus. Our attention will be putting into the goal. It is important that this is realistic and achievable. (If you clear one, I recommend you not leave it in your head, write it) Step 2. Generate a work plan which derive from that goal. We can make one for the week, for example. By having a plan it is easier to define what is a priority and what is not. And what must contain that work plan of the week? A list of tasks, which is the last link in our chain: objetivos-plan – tasks (I suggest you not let her on the head, also write it) step 3. Sort your tasks for the day. So those more determinants, those that are in line with our plan of the day, and therefore with our teacher target are priority. and leave later for those who need may be met, including that same day but not necessarily for the most productive hours. And involuntary distractions? -mail, messenger, facebook. -calls. -multiple intrusions (unexpected visits, requests not covered, etc.) There will always be uncertainties but we can also learn to say NO. That will further reduce our margin of distraction. As you see, might eliminate the distractions or reduce them to the minimum. And to understand what is behind and facilitates them, is a series of unproductive habits that sabotage our opportunities, it is achievable to overcome them with focus and strong will.
